normal style='text-indent:27.0pt;line-height:150%'>⑴报价供应商须具备独立法人资格，具有有效企业法人证书（营业执照）和税务登记证、组织机构代码证；注册资金不低于100万元；

normal style='text-indent:27.0pt;line-height:150%'>⑵具有良好的银行资信和商业信誉；没有处于被责令停业或投标资格被取消或财产被接管、冻结、破产状态；具有独立承担民事责任能力和良好的诚信；

normal style='text-indent:27.0pt;line-height:150%'>⑶报价供应商营业执照上的经营范围应包含生产或销售本询价产品的相关业务；

normal style='text-indent:27.0pt;line-height:150%'>⑷能够完全响应采购人技术要求和交货时间；

normal style='text-indent:27.0pt;line-height:150%'>⑴本次询价通过网络进行全电子化采购，报名程序:首先请登陆中原招采网（http://www.zybtp.com）招标采购平台,

normal style='text-indent:27.0pt;line-height:150%'>方法①:浏览公告时直接报名:供应商可以浏览项目公告后,使用电子钥匙,点击公告下面的”现在就报名”按钮登陆,直接进入该项目报名,报名时注意选择报名的分包,点击”下一步”,选择注册时填好的联系人,或者手动填写联系人点击”报名成功”后,报名成功。

normal style='text-indent:27.0pt;line-height:150%'>方法②登陆系统报名：供应商使用电子钥匙直接进入平台系统，点击桌面上的“我要报名”后，选择页面上需要报名的项目，这里可以根据“项目名称”、“项目编号”和“采购方式”来进行模糊和精准查询项目。点击项目后面的“报名”，即进入报名页面进行报名。

normal style='text-indent:27.0pt;line-height:150%'>⑷请各报价人于2020年1月6日15:00（北京时间）前登录中原招采网上传报价，逾期作废；因供应商原因导致报价失败的，后果自负；商品在报价时必须在报价单备注栏中标明所报品牌。

normal style='text-indent:27.0pt;line-height:150%'>⑴供应商只能一次报出不得更改的固定价格，供应商报价的同时即对采购人所列出全部技术参数、数量、质量标准、技术要求等做出完全响应的承诺；

normal style='text-indent:27.0pt;line-height:150%'>⑵供应商递交的报价以人民币元为最小报价单位；

normal style='text-indent:27.0pt;line-height:150%'>⑶报价中所使用的计量单位，除采购人有特殊要求外，均采用中华人民共和国法定计量单位；

normal style='text-indent:27.0pt;line-height:150%'>⑷供应商因参加本项目的所有费用，不论结果如何，均由供应商自行承担；

normal style='text-indent:27.0pt;line-height:150%'>⑸最低报价不能作为成交的唯一保证；

normal style='text-indent:27.0pt;line-height:150%'>⑹报价应在规定的询价时间后的90天内保持有效，报价有效期不满足要求的报价将被视为非响应性报价而予以拒绝。
