normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:23.45pt'>2.1本次采购要求供应商须具备法人资格或自然人，独立企业法人具有企业法人营业执照、组织机构代码证、税务登记证或三证合一后的营业执照、开户许可证、企业法人授权书、授权代表本人身份证。自然人须有营业执照。

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:23.45pt'>3.2本次询比通过网络进行全电子化操作。
normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:23.45pt'>3.3项目报名和报价方法：
normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:23.45pt'>a.请登陆中原招标采购交易平台项，浏览项目公告后，使用电子钥匙，点击公告下面的“现在就报名”按钮登陆，直接进入该项目进行报名。
normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:23.45pt'>b.供应商使用电子钥匙直接进入平台系统，点击桌面上的“我要报名”后，选择页面上需要报名的项目，点击项目后面的“报名”，即进入报名页面进行报名。报名时请把具有有效企业法人证书（营业执照）和税务登记证、组织机构代码证或三证合一的营业执照上传到报名附件里面。报名通过后查看本项目询比清单进行网上报价。

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:23.45pt'>d.保证金缴纳时间：报价截止时间前到账，由中原招标采购交易平台代收代退，统一管理。中原招标采购交易平台只接受响应人在报价截止时间前由公司基本账户电汇或转账的保证金，一次性足额转至专用账户（按照“保证金交纳操作指南”操作）。在报价截止时间前交易人应登陆平台查询保证金到账信息并确认后，平台系统才记录为有效保证金。（具体详见中原招标采购交易平台通知公告《中原招标采购交易平台交易项目保证金管理办法试行》。

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:23.45pt'>5.1请按一票制，增值税发票、电汇到厂价报价；
normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:23.45pt'>5.2请注意规格、型号、材质，生产日期应为近期，完全符合需方使用要求、质量标准要求；
normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:23.45pt'>5.3请注明到货周期。凡未标注货期的一律视为现货，货到验收合格后累计电汇结算；
normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:23.45pt'>5.4本项目采用最低价评标法，按总包最低价中标，即物资名称、规格型号符合要求,同等条件下按总包最低价成交。如出现报价相同且同为最低价，则由货期短的作为成交候选人，如货期也相同条件下，则由注册资金高的作为成交候选人。
