1、报价为含税价，如出现税率不同的报价，以不含税价为准。

2、施工完毕，设备运行三个月，无质量问题，开具增值税专用发票，挂账后付全款。

3、本次询比为一次报价，请仔细查看技术要求，认真填写报价，若报价出现错误，不能更改，按原报价执行。本次询比取总包报价最低者为成交供应商。最低报价超出预算价，按流标处理。

三、报价人资格要求：
