一、 施工方案：原水池回填，维修、清理旧水渠及新砌水渠并使用新盖板铺设，确保雨水排到洛河分渠。 二、 1、原水池填土：（规格：长22米、宽14米、深1.4米）合计431立方米，建议采用厂区现建蓄水池所挖土方（由于厂外道路不畅，转运土方困难）； 2、清理、维修原水渠：二号门外排水渠长100米，清理淤泥、杂物及维修原渠壁； 3、制作新水渠：水渠规格：（长15米、宽1.0米、深1.6米）（含混凝土、砖、沙、水泥、施工）。 4、盖板：规格：（长1.0米、宽0.6米、厚0.12米）含钢筋（含施工）。 |

normal style='margin-top:13.9pt;line-height:28.0pt'>二、合格报价人必须符合以下条件：
1、具有经年检合格的《营业执照》、《组织机构代码证》、《税务登记证》及其他相关材料。
2、具有独立承担民事责任能力。
3、具有良好的银行资信和商业信誉；没有处于被责令停业或投标资格被取消或财产被接管、冻结、破产状态，企业体制稳定。
4、近三年内，在经营活动中没有重大违法记录。
三、电子注册与报名
1、本项目通过中原招采网（http://www.zybtp.com/）进行全电子化采购。
2、有意参加询比并符合条件的响应人，需先登录中原招采网招标采购平台进行电子注册、经验证合格并办理CA数字认证证书和电子签章手续后，方能参与电子响应活动。
3、中原招采网招标采购平台地址：郑州市农业路东段29号海特大厦5楼，农业路与政七街交叉口往东200米，兴业银行对面。
4、满足本采购公告第3条款响应人资格要求的响应人，请于2020年1月10日至2020年1月15日，每日上午9:00至12:00（北京时间，下同），下午14:00至17:00到洛阳黄河同力水泥有限责任公司（联系方式及地址详见第8条款）报名，并同时登录中原招采网招标采购平台进行电子报名。
注：采购人将对潜在响应人提交的报名资料进行审核，一经发现潜在响应人提供虚假材料进行报名，将取消其报名资格，并追究其法律责任。

normal style='margin-top:13.9pt;line-height:28.0pt'>2、参与报价单位必须与采购方技术人员充分沟通。在充分了解现场的技术参数、运行状态、维护保养内容、售后服务标准之后，并经采购方技术人员技术交底，方可参加报价。
