normal style='text-indent:30.0pt;line-height:20.0pt'>（3）、拆除原料场北边人行道路边石约50米长；
normal style='text-indent:30.0pt;line-height:20.0pt'>（4）、拆除原料场北边步道砖约2米宽45米长；
normal style='text-indent:30.0pt;line-height:20.0pt'>（5）、拆除后安装原料场北边绿化带内消防栓一个（如果因为无法停水，无法拆除和安装，则另行确定方案解决该消防栓问题）；
normal style='text-indent:30.0pt;line-height:20.0pt'>（6）、拆除原料场北边人行道上路灯杆两个；
normal style='text-indent:30.0pt;line-height:20.0pt'>（7）、需要硬化地面范围内所有的井盖提升到与硬化后地面持平；

normal style='text-indent:30.0pt;line-height:20.0pt'>（9）、用C30混凝土硬化地面约710平方，混凝土厚度25厘米，硬化地面基础用含灰14%的土夯实；
normal style='text-indent:30.0pt;line-height:20.0pt'>（10）、新建围挡约30米（按照龙丰纸业储运部存放浆板处的围挡建设，底部高50厘米砖墙，网子高度1.5米）；
normal style='text-indent:30.0pt;line-height:20.0pt'>（11）、新砌墙体约60米（墙体做法为：高度2.0米，宽度0.24米，用混凝土实心砖砌，每3米设一钢筋混凝土构造立柱，立柱底部在混凝土地面以下40厘米，墙体底部到顶部之间设两道水平拉结钢筋，墙顶设20cm厚钢筋混凝土压顶，墙体两面水泥砂浆粉面后刷外墙漆，钢筋均用￠16）；

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:30.0pt'>（1）、按照环保要求，施工现场做到六个百分之百，施工现场进行封闭围挡，费用由投标人承担；
normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:30.0pt'>（2）、现场土方如果不足则投标人自行解决；
normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:30.0pt'>（3）、参加投标的单位必须勘察现场；
normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:30.0pt'>（4）、投标报价包括材料费、人工费、措施费等完成该工程的全部费用；
normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:30.0pt'>（5）、施工必须按照有关要求和规范进行；
normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:30.0pt'>（6）、现场施工方案由投标人自行解决；
normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:30.0pt'>（7）、施工时应注意安全，做好安全防护措施，严禁安全事故发生，施工单位对安全方面负全责；

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:30.0pt'>（9)、施工时与采购人搞好配合，听从采购人的安排，不得影响采购人生产经营活动的正常进行。按照有关规定，需要动火和登高时，一定要先办证再施工。施工过程中不得损坏采购人的设备设施，否则按照损失金额对采购人进行赔偿；

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:25.0pt'>1、有能力完成工程招标内容，具备法人资格、在法律上和财务上独立、合法运作的供应商；
normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:25.0pt'>2、投标单位需要具有建筑工程施工总承包叁级及以上资质，具有安全生产许可证。
normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:30.0pt'>3、需提供年检合格的《企业法人营业执照》、《组织机构代码证》、《税务登记证》原件扫描件，三证合一的投标人只提供《企业法人营业执照》原件扫描件即可；
normal style='margin-left:7.45pt;text-indent:18.0pt;line-height: 150%'>4、经国家企业信用信息公示系统查询，未被列入严重违法失信企业名单，未被列入经营异常名录；
normal style='margin-left:7.45pt;text-indent:18.0pt;line-height: 150%'>5、具有参股关系的关联企业，或具有直接管理和被管理关系的母子公司，或同一母公司的子公司，或法定代表人为同一个人的两个及两个以上法人，不得同时投标；

三、谈判文件获取
normal style='text-indent:23.5pt;line-height:30.0pt'>1、本采购项目通过中原招标采购交易平台（http://www.zybtp.com/）进行全电子化谈判采购。谈判响应人需登录中原招标采购交易平台进行电子注册、经审核通过、办理CA数字认证证书后，方能参与谈判采购。
normal style='text-indent:23.5pt;line-height:30.0pt'>2、本招标项目注册完毕的谈判申请人，使用CA数字证书登录中原招标采购交易平台，下载电子谈判文件，按照“中原招标采购交易平台投标文件制作系统”（以下简称制作系统）制作、导出电子谈判文件。

normal align=left style='text-align:left;text-indent:23.85pt; line-height:30.0pt'>1、谈判响应文件包括电子谈判响应文件和纸质谈判响应文件，以电子谈判响应文件为准，纸质谈判响应文件作为备案与存档。
normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:30.0pt'>2、电子响应文件通过“中原招标采购交易平台投标客户端”（以下简称投标客户端）制作，并按程序导出、上传。
normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:30.0pt'>3、纸质响应文件由“制作系统”导出的电子响应文件的打印版打印装订（▲加盖单位公章），与电子响应文件保持一致。纸质响应文件一式二份，其中“正本”一份，“副本”一份，需加盖企业公章和法人或受委托人签名。
normal align=left style='text-align:left;text-indent:24.85pt; line-height:30.0pt'>4、由于谈判响应人原因，未按要求制作、上传、加解密电子响应文件，造成开标失败的，责任由谈判响应人承担。为确保电子开标成功，谈判响应人应将“投标客户端”导出的电子响应文件（U盘）随同纸质响应文件密封后一并递交，当上传的响应文件不能正常开标时，由工作人员现场打开已提交的电子响应文件U盘作为应急补救措施。
