Program Name: Construction Phase Insurance Programs of CPHGC 2x660MW Coal-fired Power Project in Pakistan
3. 投标人资格要求：
Qualification Requirements for Bidders
① 投标人须为非寿险公司
The Bidder shall be a non-life insurance company;
② 投标人或其母公司须具有A（含）以上的国际评级
The Bidder or its parent company shall hA/Ve an international rating of A or above;
③ 投标人或其母公司2015年非寿险保费收入须不低于8亿美元
Non-life insurance premium income of the Bidder or its parent company shall be no less than USD 800 million in 2015;
④ 投标人或其母公司在全球范围内须具有单个项目保险金额10亿美元（含）以上火电项目建设期的承保经验
The Bidder or its parent company shall hA/Ve underwriting experiences in construction phase insurance programs of coal-fired power projects worldwide with the Sum Insured of more than USD1 billion (inclusive) for single project.
⑤ 本项目不接受联合体投标
Consortium of Bidders is not acceptable.
