项目负责人要求:[注册监理工程师]
1、投标单位资格要求:具备有独立法人资格、具有合法有效的营业执照、税务登记证、组织机构代码证（或三证合一证件）；
2、投标单位必须具备房屋建筑工程监理丙级以上（含丙级）资质或工程监理综合资质。
3、拟派的项目总监理工程师须具备有效的房屋建筑专业国家注册监理工程师，且无在建工程；
4、投标单位及拟派项目经理须在“西安市建设工程项目招标投标信用档案”登记，且无不良记录；
5、本项目不接受联合体投标；
