normal style='text-indent:21.0pt'>1.本合同为实际监测期48个月内总价包干合同，包含所投入的设备、仪器、测点安装、维护、所采取的配套措施、人工、技术报告、税金、利润及其它未提及的所有费用。投标人应充分考虑因征拆问题导致的工期延长、分段施工的风险，因此而产生的工作量增加、多次进退场等费用考虑在投标报价中（除建设单位同意增加费用外）。
