normal align=left style='text-align:left;text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:150%'>4.1 凡有意参加投标者，请于2017年6月14日至2017年6月20日(法定公休日、法定节假日除外) ，每日上午9时30分至11时30分，下午14时00分至16时00分 (北京时间，下同)，在广州公共资源交易中心（广州市天河区天润路333号），由单位法定代表人、拟投入本项目的项目设计负责人亲自持报名资料：①单位介绍信原件；②企业勘察、设计资质证书副本原件及复印件；③企业法人营业执照副本原件及复印件；④法定代表人证明书原件，⑤本人身份证原件以及上述资料复印件需加盖公章装钉成册，广州建设工程投标报名申请表原件（单独提交，一式两份，加盖公章，可到广州公共资源交易中心信息网http://www.gzzb.gd.cn下载）。经工作人员核对上述资料复印件核对与原件一致后，购买招标文件及招标资料一套。

normal align=left style='text-align:left;text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:150%'>5.1招标人不组织踏勘现场和召开标前会议（答疑会）。投标人认为有必要的，可自行对工程现场及周围环境进行踏勘，踏勘现场的责任、风险和费用均由投标人承担，招标人不承担由此引起的任何责任。投标人若存在投标疑问，应当按照招标文件中指定的联系方式在规定的时间内以书面形式传递给招标人。
