中航技国际经贸发展有限公司受中国航空工业集团公司基础技术研究院委托对下列产品及服务进行国际竞争性招标。现邀请合格投标人参加投标。
1.招标产品的名称、数量及主要技术参数：

1.4 技术要求：资格标准：
对卖方或制造商的要求：
*（1）提供的复合材料铺贴仿真软件系统必须在国内飞机制造主机厂所/企业有三家以上成功应用，并提供合同、中标通知书、验收意见复印件等书面证明文件；必须有至少5年以上从事复合材料铺贴仿真软件系统销售及售后技术服务经验，有稳定完整的软件技术服务团队；
提供软件原厂商针对本次的授权文件、软件原厂商或软件原厂商在中国的授权代理商或售后服务机构针对本次的售后服务保证文件。
（2）软件原厂商在中国大陆要设有分公司、售后服务机构，有原厂商的技术支持服务能力，可以在24小时内及时给买方提供服务，售后服务良好、有效，无不良记录；软件原厂商与其在中国大陆设立的售后服务机构可提供项目的实施、技术支持、技术培训、解决方案等服务。
*（3）一旦中标，投标人必须是与买方签订本项目外贸合同的签约方。如投标人不具备与买方签订外贸合同的能力，将废除其投标。（说明：如产品为进口产品且须签订进口合同，中标的投标人必须以自身名义与买方或买方商务代理签订外贸合同，且可以接收中国大陆关境内的公司所付出的外汇。）
*主要技术指标：
*支持基于特征的设计功能，管理模型特征数据并确保特征的准确性和特征之间的关联性。
*具备可制造性评估功能，能可视化纤维的方向、预报制造问题，具有自动切断和拼接功能。
*能根据定义好的铺层轮廓、铺层表面或者区域组自动或手工生成铺层，具有根据铺层生成层合板面的功能。
*能够进行铺层平面展开图样生成并输出至自动化排料/下料设备。
*能够进行铺层投影数据文件生成并输出之激光投影系统。
*具有铺层导出分析软件数据功能。

Eligibility criteria:
Requirements for seller or manufaurer:
* (1) composite pA/Vement simulation software system must be in the domestic aircraft makers/enterprise has more than three successful application, and provide copy of contra, letter of acceptance, acceptance and other written documents; Must hA/Ve at least 5 years of experience in the sales and after-sales technical service of composite materials, and hA/Ve a stable and complete software technical service team;
Provide software to the original manufaurer for the authorization of the proje subje to tender documents, software, the original manufaurers or software the original manufaurers in China authorized agents or after-sales service agencies for the after-sales service guarantee for the proje subje to tender documents.
(2) the original software vendors to hA/Ve offices in mainland China, after-sales service, hA/Ve the original manufaurer's technical support service ability, can in time to the buyer within 24 hours to provide services, good after-sales service, effeive and no bad record; The software manufaurer and the after-sales service organizations established in mainland China can provide the implementation of the proje, technical support, technical training, solutions and other services.
* (3) once the winning bid is awarded, the bidder must sign the contra with the buyer for the foreign trade contra. If the bidder does not hA/Ve the ability to sign a foreign trade contra with the buyer, he/she will abolish his bid. (note: if the produ is imported produs and shall conclude a contra for the import, the winning bidder must be in its own name and buyer or buyer's business agent for foreign trade contras, and can receive the Chinese mainland company pays within the territory of foreign exchange.)
*Main Technology data:
