中化国际招标有限责任公司受北京动力机械研究所委托对下列产品及服务进行国际公开招标。现邀请合格投标人参加投标。
1. 招标产品的名称、数量、技术规格、资金来源：
计算机射线照相检测设备(CR) 1套
技术规格：
（1）扫描主机要求结构紧凑，所选用的机械结构、电子元件和自动控制系统先进、
优质、可靠，结构设计合理，工作状态稳定，具有一定的抗震动性能。
*（2）影像板采用水平传送方式，传送过程平稳，影像板不发生弯曲、变形、移动不
均匀或侧滑等现象。传送结构应尽量避免对影像版的摩擦等机械损伤并避免卡片故障发生，各投标方对传送方式进行详细描述。
*（3）系统激光点尺寸不大于50um，图像最高扫描精度至少达到50um，数字影像最高空间分辨率至少达到10lp/mm，双丝像质计测试结果至少达到D13+。

2. 资质要求：*①投标人提供有效的营业登记证明文件；
②所投产品制造商具有完善的质量管理体系，并提供有效的质量认证证书或同等资质证明；（如ISO9001等）；
*③本项目不接受需要招标方提供商务部提供最终用户证明的产品投标。
3. 交货的地点和时间：买方项目现场，合同生效后4个月内。
4. 招标文件售价：每包每套1000元人民币或160美元，文件售后不退。（邮购须另加100元人民币或20美元）。任何未在中化国际招标有限责任公司领购招标文件的法人或其他组织均不得参加投标。
5. 购买招标文件时间：2017年10月31日起至2017年11月7日止每天上午9:00~16:00（北京时间，节假日除外）。

bidding.

Computer radiographic inspeion equipment (CR) 1 sets
Technical specifications:
(1) the scanning host requirements of compa struure, the mechanical struure, eleronic components and advanced automatic control system, high quality, reliable, reasonable struure design, stable working state, has a certain anti shake performance.
* (2) the image plate adopts horizontal transmission mode, the transmission process is smooth, the image plate does not bend, deformation, uneven movement or sideslip phenomenon. The transmission struure should A/Void mechanical damage such as friion and A/Void the occurrence of card failure, and each bidder will describe the transmission mode in detail.
* (3) the laser dot size of the system is not greater than 50um, the highest scanning accuracy of the image is at least 50um, and the maximum spatial resolution of the digital image is at least 10lp/mm, and the test result of the dual wire image quality analyzer reaches at least D13+.

2． Qualification requirements：*①Bidders shall provide valid business license.
*②The manufaurers should hA/Ve complete quality management system, and provide valid quality management system certification.
*③Domestic bidders should hA/Ve no bribery and no criminal record. Domestic bidders should provide "The Search Result Notice for No Bribery and No Criminal File" issued by the People's Procuratorate within the validity period as evidence.
3． Delivery time and place: the Buyer’s proje site, within 4 months after the entry into force of the contra.
