*9.3.4 Y向最大工作行程≥1200mm（五轴联动工作状态）。
*9.3.5 Z向最大工作行程≥1000mm（五轴联动工作状态）。

资金来源：国拨资金
2. 资质要求：*①投标人提供有效的营业登记证明文件。
②设备制造商具有完善的质量管理体系，并提供有效的质量管理体系认证证书。
*③投标设备制造商在国内应设有售后服务机构和常检技术人员。
3. 交货的地点和时间：买方项目现场，合同生效后12个月内。
4. 招标文件售价：每包每套1000元人民币或160美元，文件售后不退。（邮购须另加100元人民币或20美元）。任何未在中化国际招标有限责任公司领购招标文件的法人或其他组织均不得参加投标。
5. 购买招标文件时间：2017年11月5日起至2017年11月10日止每天上午9:00~16:00（北京时间，节假日除外）。
6. 购买招标文件地点：北京市西城区复兴门外大街A2号中化大厦一楼大厅西侧。
7. 投标截止时间和开标时间：2017年11月29日上午09:30分（北京时间）。

2． Qualification requirements：*①The bidder provides valid business registration certificate.
②Equipment manufaurers hA/Ve a sound quality management system, and provide effeive quality management system certification.
*③Tendering equipment manufaurers should hA/Ve after-sales service institutions and inspeion technicians in China.
3． Delivery time and place: the Buyer’s proje site, within 12 months after the entry into force of the contra.
4． the price of bidding documents: RMB 1000 or USD $160 per package, and the documents will not be returned. (mail order must be 100 yuan or $20). Any legal person or other organization that has not purchased the bid invitation documents in Sinochem International Tendering co..
