Qualification：
(1) The equipment manufaurer must obtain the pressure vessel import licence of China; known the relative laws about the bidding produion in China and could take the relative obligations. The seller should inform the Buyer if any pressure vessel has imported.
If the imported equipment be determined inlet pressure vessel, the seller has the obligation of import laws procedure and pays the relative fee. The procedure could consult the Safety technical supervision procedures for fixed pressure vessels which be issued in 2016-02-26 by AQSIQ of China (TSG 21-2016). The whole task including and not limited to: the supervision and inspeion of the manufauring documents, flaw deteion and pressure-bearing test; send to the Beijing special equipment inspeion center inspe according to the TSG 21-2016.
(2)The bidder must be the contraor that has signed with vendee the contra on foreign trade for this proje once the bid has been won. If the bidder is not qualified to sign with the vendee the contra on foreign trade, the accepted bid shall be abandoned. (Note: If the produs are imported ones and the import contra must be signed, the bid winner must sign the contra on foreign trade on his/her own name with the vendee or commercial representatives from the vendee and foreign exchanges paid by company registered within Chinese mainland should be acceptable.)
Main technical requirements:
1.Max. working pressure of Dewaxing Kettle: 10bar
2.Max. working temperature of Dewaxing Kettle: 200℃
3.Valid working size of endo: no less than φ1500×1500mm
4.Work internal pressure time: from 1 bar to 7 bar in 5 seconds
5.Program controlling, safety interlock mechanism should be equipped.
