1.4 技术要求：投标商所投设备的制造商必须有三年以上制造、生产经验，两年以上的销售史，在中国国内有类似设备的用户。制造商应在投标书中提供在制造蓝光扫描仪经验方面的资料及近年来所制造的蓝光扫描仪在本行业等领域中使用的情况及数量，并附有至少3家的主要用户名单。
测量范围：≤200mm*150mm*100mm测量镜头一组；≥250mm*200mm*200mm测量镜头一组。
测量精度：扫描测量精度≤0.02mm。
扫描点云间距：扫描点云间距最小≤0.03mm。
相机、像素：对称双CCD相机，三重扫描成像，单相机像素为1600万像素，镜头分辨率为4896x3264像素。

The manufaurer of the equipment for the tender shall hA/Ve more than three years manufauring experience and more than two years of sales history, and there are users of similar devices in China. Manufaurers should be in the book of tender offer in terms of working experience in manufauring blu-ray scanner data and the blue light scanner made in recent years in the industry in areas such as the situation of the use and quantity, with at least three of the main user list.
Measurement range: no more than 200mm*150mm*100mm measurement lens set; Greater than 250mm*200mm*200mm measurement lens set.
Measuring precision: the accuracy of scanning measurement is less than 0.02 mm.
Scanning point cloud spacing: the scanning point cloud spacing is the minimum of 0.03 mm.
