normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>1、具备独立法人资格的制造商；

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>2、具有特种设备制造许可证压力容器资质（2019年5月31日前（含）取得许可证的，许可范围需覆盖A2级；2019年5月31日后取得许可证的，许可范围需覆盖D级）；

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>3、信用要求：在投标文件递交截止时间，投标人（含其不具有独立法人资格的分支机构）存在下列有效情形之一的，其投标文件将被否决。

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>1)投标人被人民法院列入失信被执行人（受惩黑名单）的；

2)投标人被税务机关列入重大税收违法案件当事人名单（受惩黑名单）的；投标人的信用状况只依据下述查询平台（网址）发布的信息为准：“信用中国”网站（www.creditchina.gov.cn）、 “中国执行信息公开网”（http://shixin.court.gov.cn/）。

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%;layout-grid-mode: char'>1、时间：2019年12月 20 日至2019年12月 25 日，每天上午9:00至12:00，下午14:00至17:00时止（北京时间，下同）。

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%;layout-grid-mode: char'>2、获取招标文件方式：投标人应当登录中国核工业集团电子商务平台缴费下载招标文件。具体见“六、会员注册及电子文件的获取”。

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%;layout-grid-mode: char'>1、投标文件递交的截止时间及开标时间：具体见招标文件。

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%;layout-grid-mode: char;punctuation-trim:leading'>中国核工业集团有限公司电子商务平台（http://ecp.cnnc.com.cn/）、电力招标采购网（www.dlztb.com）、优质采电子交易平台（http://www.youzhicai.com）。

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%;layout-grid-mode: char;punctuation-trim:leading'>1、会员注册。有意参加本项目的潜在投标人，应首先完成中国核工业集团有限公司电子采购平台的会员注册流程。按照网站首页-服务中心-供应商服务-供应商操作手册等提示内容，进行平台供应商注册，注册服务电话：021-64387025、021-64387026（工作日8:30-11:30  13:30-17:30）。

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%;layout-grid-mode: char;punctuation-trim:leading'>2、投标申请。注册账号审核通过后，在首页输入账号及密码，点击“登录”，依次点击→系统功能菜单→项目管理→招标项目→投标报名，找到本项目，点击“我要报名”，即可查看项目信息并报名，报名成功后需招标机构机构审核。

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%;layout-grid-mode: char;punctuation-trim:leading'>3、招标文件费用缴纳。下载本公告附件压缩包“招标文件购买二维码”，解压后，通过手机微信或支付宝扫描二维码，即可直接支付招标文件费用。支付成功后将自动生成电子发票，无需向招标代理机构索要。
