normal style='margin-right:7.65pt;text-indent:24.0pt;line-height: 150%;word-break:break-all'>本次招标要求投标人须具备以下资质，并在人员、设备、资金等方面具有相应的履约能力。

normal style='margin-right:7.65pt;text-indent:24.0pt;line-height: 150%;word-break:break-all'>3.1 潜在投标人必须是在中华人民共和国境内注册的独立法人；

normal style='margin-right:7.65pt;text-indent:24.0pt;line-height: 150%;word-break:break-all'>3.2 潜在投标人必须是制造商；

normal style='margin-right:7.65pt;text-indent:24.0pt;line-height: 150%;word-break:break-all'>3.3潜在投标人须具有近三年（2016年12月至今）同类产品的供货业绩；

normal style='margin-right:7.65pt;text-indent:24.0pt;line-height: 150%;word-break:break-all'>3.4潜在投标人须具有良好的商业信誉，没有骗取中标和严重违约的问题，在最近三年内（2016年12月至今）没有被最高人民法院在“信用中国”网站（www.creditchina.gov.cn）或各级信用信息共享平台中列入失信被执行人名单；在国家企业信息系统公示（www.gsxt.gov.cn/index.html）没有被列入严重违法失信企业名单（黑名单）；

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>4.1凡有意参加投标者，需在中国核工业集团有限公司电子采购平台（https://ecp.cnnc.com.cn/）完成注册和报名。完成注册和报名后，请于2019年12月26日至2019年12月31日，每日上午8:30—11：30，下午14:30—17：00（北京时间，法定的节假日除外）现场或邮箱（1538346972@qq.com）递交报名资料，逾期不再受理。

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>4.2报名审核合格的投标人可以从内蒙古招标有限责任公司获取招标文件。

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>4.3获取文件时需提供以下材料的复印件加盖公章一套，资料不齐全者不予接受。

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>（1）企业法人营业执照；

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>（2）企业法定代表人授权委托书、被授权人身份证复印件；

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>（3）近三年（2016年12月至今）同类产品的供货业绩合同1份；

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>（4）“信用中国”（www.creditchina.gov.cn）或各级信用信息共享平台、国家企业信息系统公示（www.gsxt.gov.cn/index.html）网站截图；

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt'>4.5未购买招标文件的投标人不得参与本项目投标。
