中航技国际经贸发展有限公司受中国航发北京航空材料研究院委托对下列产品及服务进行国际竞争性招标。现邀请合格投标人参加投标。

1.4 技术要求：资格标准：
(1) 资格标准：设备制造商应获得ISO9000质量体系认证，并具有五年以上同类设备设计、制造经验，并在国内、外具有良好的销售业绩，在中国国内有售后服务机构。
投标文件中应提供：
1、ISO9000质量体系认证材料；
2、近五年或五年以上同类设备在国内外销售业绩清单，并附最终用户联系人及联系方式
3、最近3年国内、外同类设备，至少2家单位的销售合同、出厂检验报告、验收报告等销售业绩证明材料。
4、中国国内有售后服务机构情况介绍
(2)一旦中标，投标人必须是与买方签订本项目外贸合同的签约方。如投标人不具备与买方签订外贸合同的能力，将废除其投标。（说明：如产品为进口产品且须签订进口合同，中标的投标人必须以自身名义与买方或买方商务代理签订外贸合同，且可以接收中国大陆关境内的公司所付出的外汇。）
技术要求:
最大试验载荷±20kN
动态载荷精度：示值的±3%；
静态载荷精度：示值的±1%
高温炉，能够提供试验温度范围：100℃～1600℃

A/VIC International Trade and Economic Development Ltd. entrusted by the purchaser, invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers home and abroad for the supply of the following goods and/or service by way of International Competitive Bidding.

Qualification requirements:
1)The manufaurer should hA/Ve ISO9000 certificate. The Manufaurer should hA/Ve more than 5 years’ experience about design and manufaory in the world. It should hA/Ve the after-sale agency in China. The bidding documents should be written in Chinese.

6. Sale’s list in these 5 years about the same bidding equipment in the world. The user’s name and conta way should also be provided.
7. At least two contra or acceptance which same of the bidding equipment in the world during these 3 years should be provide.
8. There is after service agency introduion in the bidding documents.
(2)The bidder must be the contraor that has signed with vendee the contra on foreign trade for this proje once the bid has been won. If the bidder is not qualified to sign with the vendee the contra on foreign trade, the accepted bid shall be abandoned. (Note: If the produs are imported ones and the import contra must be signed, the bid winner must sign the contra on foreign trade on his/her own name with the vendee or commercial representatives from the vendee and foreign exchanges paid by company registered within Chinese mainland should be acceptable.)
Technical data:
The maximum test load is plus or minus 20kN
Dynamic load accuracy: the value of the display value is plus or minus 3%;
Static load accuracy: the value of the display value is plus or minus 1%
High temperature furnace, can provide the test temperature range: 100 ℃ ~ 1600 ℃
