1.4 技术要求：
资格标准：
1）所投设备的制造商有五年以上制造、生产经验，三年以上的销售史，有类似设备的用户。制造厂商应在投标书提供在制造本次招标设备经验方面的资料及近年来招标设备在测量行业领域中使用的情况及数量，并提供同类型产品在航空企业5家以上的用户名单，包括联系人及联系电话等用户清单资料。
*2）一旦中标，投标人必须是与买方签订本项目外贸合同的签约方。如投标人不具备与买方签订外贸合同的能力，将废除其投标。（说明：如产品为进口产品且须签订进口合同，中标的投标人必须以自身名义与买方或买方商务代理签订外贸合同，且可以接收中国大陆关境内的公司所付出的外汇。）
测量范围：
单幅扫描范围：≤60mm×45mm～≥280mm×190mm；
拼接扫描范围：≥1000mm×1000mm；
测量点间距：≤0.012mm～≥0.06mm
扫描精度：
最小单幅扫描范围：≤0.008mm；
最大单幅扫描范围：≤0.015mm

Qualification requirements:
1）The manufaurer of the equipment has more than five years manufauring experience, more than three years of sales history, users with similar equipment. Manufaurers should be made in the book of tender offer in this tender equipment experience in terms of data and in recent years a tender equipment used in the field of measurement industry and quantity, and provide with more than five types of produs in the A/Viation enterprise user list, including user list data, such as the conta person and conta phone number.
2）once winning the bid, the bidder must sign the contra with the buyer for the foreign trade contra. If the bidder does not hA/Ve the ability to sign a foreign trade contra with the buyer, he/she will abolish his bid. (note: if the produ is imported produs and shall conclude a contra for the import, the winning bidder must be in its own name and buyer or buyer's business agent for foreign trade contras, and can receive the Chinese mainland company pays within the territory of foreign exchange.)
Measuring range:
